Frugal Food (not Cheap Food)

This year I've purposed to feed our family of 3 for under $100 a month. Finding frugal food (not cheap food) can be difficult when balancing budget, nutrition, and personal tastes. Using many of the recipes below in addition to gardening and deer hunting, we've stayed under budget.

Feed 4 for under $5 using these Frugal Foods...

- Breakfast for Dinner (Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits, Oatmeal)
- Quiche (Eggs, scrap meats and veggies)
- Vegetarian Lasagna
- Hot Dog Mac n' Cheese Casserole
- Tuna Noodle Casserole (1 can of tuna mixed with noodles, condensed soup, can of veggies)
- Cheesy Baked Potato Casserole (meatless, add beans for protein)
- Hamburger Helper
- Vegetarian Rice Stir Fry
- Beans n' Rice Cheesy Casserole
- Loaded Baked Potatoes
- Tacos
- Vegetable Pizza (a $3 pizza with zucchini, bell peppers, squash on top)
