How to Cook Meatballs

It's amazing how many young people don't know how to cook, let alone how to cook meatballs. Meatballs are a family dinner staple. I make them at least once every 2 weeks with homemade pasta sauce from our garden tomatoes. Because we get virtually free meat from deer hunting, our meal is free except for the spaghetti (one pack serves 6 from the Dollar Store).

How to Cook Meatballs

1 lb or ground beef or venison
1/2 cup ketchup
basil, garlic salt, salt, pepper
1 egg

Mix everything together and form into 1'' balls. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
